At 21 Irish Rose circle I am planning on extending my front porch 12ft out and 3.5 feet on each side. One of the reasons
for this is my old porch was rotten due to a very saturated ground due to poor water run off and very wet conditions in
my part of the neighborhood. Every time it rains the ground is saturated for at least 2 weeks. Also the original porch was
very small at only 3.5 feet deep. I have recently had a child and I would like her to be able to play in a safe and mud free
area that is not in the street. The original porch was too small and falling apart due to rot and was very unsafe. See
attached survey for a sketch and measurements. The original porch was 20.8feet wide and 3.5 foot deep parallel to the
house. The proposed porch would be 32 wide and 16 deep. There will be rails installed on the new deck, whatever the
legal height is. There will be no height adjustment it will be the same as what it already was 34inches off the ground.
