Inc. 1323 South Eleventh Avenue, Wausau, Wisconsin 54401 www.kolbe-kolbe.com Kolbe & Kolbe Aluminum Clad Windows and Doors Kolbe & Kolbe utilizes Homeshield Fabricated Products aluminum cladding with a polyester baked enamel finish on Heritage Series clad windows and doors. When an exterior cladding was required for the fine quality wood windows manufactured for Kolbe, a great deal of research went into the selection of a suitable material, process and manufacturer. We chose Homeshield Fabricated Products because of their vertically integrated capabilities: a producer of aluminum coiled sheet, a roll coater and roll former, having a long term association with the wood window industry. A roll formed part was critical because of its ability to follow the subtle contours and maintain the traditional character of a wood window. The roll coating process precisely applies a specified film thickness which is then baked continuously to cure and harden. This inhibits marring and fading, and provides increased weatherability. We are confident in what we have chosen. We have employed the finest materials and workmanship to produce a window with integrity, quality and durability to match the most demanding performance requirements.
