Dear Ms. Judy and Mr. Brown,
Your application HDc2022-006 for the installation of storm windows and a rear and side
yard fence at 904 Scott Street will be heard before the Historic District Commission on
March 3rd, 2022. The hearing will be held virtually via WebEx and will begin at 4:00
p.m. An invitation will be sent to the email address listed on your application one week
before the meeting. Your application will be item Four on the agenda. You, or your
agent, must be present in order for the item to be heard.
Please complete your filing fee payment for this application.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC2022-006” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
The application form states that “A description of materials for all exterior surfaces listed
above shall be provided to Staff at time of filing. Web site addresses are appropriate but
cut sheets of individual materials are preferred.”
