3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT CITIZEN GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE:
12 Becca Bailey,appointed to fill the unexpired Individual with Disabilities term of Allene Higgins,said
13 term to expire on July 6,2024.
14 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
15 Jeremiah Russell, appointed to fill the unexpired Architect term of Katherine Lashley, said term to
16 expire on February 19,2023.
17 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
18 Jessica McDaniel, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
19 June 2,2024.
20 LITTLE ROCK CITIZEN REVIEW BOARD:
21 Michal Harris, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year Community Representative term, said
22 term to expire on December 17,2024.
23 Maria Smedley,reappointed to serve her second three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
24 December 17,2024.
25 LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION:
26 Jill Floyd,reappointed to serve her second five (5)-year Qualified Elector of Municipality term, said
27 term to expire on December 31,2026.
28 MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION:
29 Angelita Faller, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on February 21,
30 2024.
31 William L. Ridgeway, Jr., appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
32 February 21,2024.
33 RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION:
34 Sky Brower, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year Ward 4 Representative term, said term to
35 expire on March 31,2024.

1 Jodie Carter, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large Representative term, said term to
2 expire on March 31, 2024.
3 MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
4 Tami Bean, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December 31,
5 2024.
6 John Burgess, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December 31,
7 2024.
8 Jeff Hildebrand,appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December 31,
9 2024.
10 Marie Knox, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December 31,
11 2024.
12 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
13 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
14 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
15 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
16 resolution.
17 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
18 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
