3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AGE-FRIENDLY LITTLE ROCK COMMISSION:
12 Odessa Darrough, appointed to fill the unexpired Ward 2 Representative term of Sylvester Lang,
13 said term to expire on May 21,2023.
14 Pamlir Smith, appointed to the unexpired Ward 3 Representative term of Catherine Bays, said term
15 to expire on May 21,2024.
16 Jan Baker,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year Ward 4 Representative term, said term to expire
17 on May 21,2025.
18 Tracey Dennis, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year Ward 5 Representative term, said term to
19 expire on May 21,2025.
20 Angela Greene Moore, appointed to serve her first four(4)-year At-Large term, said term to expire
21 on May 21, 2025.
22 Allene Higgins, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on May
23 21,2025.
24 AMERICAN WITH DISABILITIES ACT CITIZEN GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE:
25 Oktawia DeYoung, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year Service Provider term, said term to
26 expire on July 6,2025.
27 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
28 Eric A. Bailey, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on June
29 2,2024.
30 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
31 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
34 resolution.

1 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
