3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AGE-FRIENDLY LITTLE ROCK COMMISSION:
12 Debra Redding,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year At-Large Representative term, said term to
13 expire on May 21,2025.
14 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
15 James Bertram, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year Little Rock Real Estate Board
16 Representative term, said term to expire on February 19,2024.
17 Austin Grinder,reappointed to serve his second three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
18 February 19,2024.
19 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
20 Robert Winchester, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Robert Cushman, said term to
21 expire on October 19,2022.
22 COMMISSION ON CHILDREN,YOUTH,AND FAMILIES:
23 Veletta Smith, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large Representative term, said term to
24 expire on May 31,2024.
25 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
26 Karyn B.Coleman,reappointed to serve her second three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire
27 on June 2,2024.
28 Tiffany Meyers, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year Neighborhood Association
29 Representative term, said term to expire on June 2,2024.
30 Andrea Fresh,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year For-Profit Corporation Representative term,
31 said term to expire on June 2,2024.
32 HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION:
33 Christina Aleman, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year MacArthur Park Historic District
34 Representative term, said term to expire on June 15,2024.

1 Jonathan Nunn,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on June
2 15,2024.
3 LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY:
4 Robert Brown, reappointed to serve his second five (5)-year term, said term to expire on July 6,
5 2026.
6 Tamika Edwards,appointed to serve her first five(5)-year term, said term to expire on July 6, 2026.
7 LITTLE ROCK SUSTAINABILITY COMMISSION:
8 Ann Morshedi, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Niki Evansingston, said term to expire on
9 February 5, 2022.
10 LITTLE ROCK WATER RECLAMATION COMMISSION:
11 Ganelle Blake, reappointed to serve her second five (5)-year term, said term to expire on August 1,
12 2026.
13 Jonathan Semans, appointed to serve his first five (5)-year term, said term to expire on August 1,
14 2026.
15 OAKAND AND FRATERNAL HISTORIC CEMETERY PARK BOARD:
16 Mary McGee,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on June 1,2024.
17 RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION:
18 Tim Campbell, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year Ward 1 Representative term, said term to
19 expire on March 31,2024.
20 ROCK REGION METROPOLITAN TRANSIT AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
21 Heather Davis, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Jimmy Moses, said term to expire on August
22 26,2023.
23 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
27 resolution.
28 Section 3. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
29 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
