Hi Deric
This is Linda Pollock property owner of 1116 Rock who had the misfortune to have a rotten tree half fall on part of my
garage.
In addition to trying to file a claim with the state for the damages with the state.
I am requesting that the rest of the tree be cut down.
It is a safety issue for the area and when my garage gets repaired, I do not want the tree to fall on the repair or the other
portion of this historical property.
This has presented a major problem as I have to get approval from the Historical Commission as my "garage" structures
are from circa 1890 and 1938.
Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
