Thank you for allowing us to give you this quote. Due the availability and prices changing sometimes daily this quote is good for 14
days from date of estimate. If after the 14 days prices will be checked and quote will be adjusted accordingly.
PI Roofing/Home Solutions will do the following
PROPOSAL TO REPAIR BARN ROOF DAMAGE
1. Our safety program will exceed all OSHA regulations.
2. All labor, material and insurance will be provided to meet job scope.
3. Remove & replace all material in the way of construction.
4. Remove all metal roof panels from damaged area.
5. Remove all damaged rafters, ridge, bracing & beams.
6. Replace all damaged beams, rafters, ridge & bracing with 2x material.
7. Replace metal roofing.
8. Cleanup & dispose of construction debris.
EXCLUSONS: Permit, Painting, Electrical, Post, Walls or Doors
Total materials and labor $21,031.42
½ deposit is required to schedule work and balance is due on completion

place your deposit.
If you are paying with a credit card there is an additional 3% fee.
