AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 3
THE BOYLE PARK PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2021-10-01), 4
EAST OF JOHN BARROW ROAD ON THE NORTHEAST 5
CORNER OF COLONEL GLENN ROAD AND POTTER 6
STREET FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI) TO 7
COMMERCIAL (C), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 8

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use 10
Plan and now recommends it for adoption. 11

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 13
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 14

Section 1. Located in the Boyle Park Planning District, east of John Barrow 16
Road on the northeast corner of Colonel Glenn Road and Potter Street from Light 17
Industrial (LI) to Commercial (C) as shown on the attached graphic. 18

Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 20
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 21
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 22
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 23
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 24
ordinance. 25

Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same 27
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the 28
extent of such inconsistency. 29
