HomeMy WebLinkAboutBOD_DIDNT_APPROVED Ord. for LU2021-14-01[Page 1 of 2] 1 ORDINANCE NO. ____________ 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 4 THE GEYER SPRINGS EAST PLANNING DISTRICT 5 (LU2021-14-01), APPROXIMATELY A QUARTER MILE 6 NORTH OF BASELINE ROAD ON THE EAST SIDE OF 7 SCOTT HAMILTON DRIVE FROM RESIDENTIAL 8 MEDIUM (RM) TO COMMERCIAL (C), AND FOR OTHER 9 PURPOSES. 10 11 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan 12 and now recommends it for adoption. 13 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 15 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 16 17 Section 1. Located in the Geyer Springs East Planning District, approximately a 18 quarter mile north of Baseline Road on the East Side of Scott Hamilton Drive from Residential 19 Medium (RM) to Commercial (C) as shown on the attached graphic. 20 21 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, 22 clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or 23 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the 24 ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged 25 invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. 26 27 Section 3. Repealer.
