That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: 11 Z-9632: Described as part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 14, T-1-N, R-13-W, City of 12 Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas being more particularly described as follows: 13 Commencing at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 14; thence S 14 01°45'33"W along the west line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4,a distance of 671.34 feet;thence 15 S 88°53'03” E,a distance of 21.11 feet to the east right-of-way line of Potter Street for 16 the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S 88°53'03" E, a distance of 404.09 17 feet; thence S 01°45'49" W,a distance of 536.80 feet to the north right-of-way line of 18 Colonel Glenn Road; thence S 64°20'07" W along said north right-of-way,a distance 19 of 278.73 feet; thence S 67°19'47" W along a said north right-of-way line, a distance 20 of 163.35 feet; thence N 21°27'11" W along said north right-of-way line,a distance of 21 20.03 feet to the east right-of-way line of Potter Street; thence N01°45'33" E along 22 said east right-of-way line,a distance of 709.78 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, 23 containing 5.91 Acres (257,446 square-feet),more or less: from I-2,Light Industrial 24 District,to C-3,General Commercial District(7900 Colonel Glenn Road). 25 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 32 ordinance. 33 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with 34 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
