3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
4 A CONTRACT WITH SPATCO ENERGY SOLUTIONS, FOR A TOTAL
5 PURCHASE PRICE OF SEVENTY THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
6 FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($70,948.00), PLUS PPLICABLE
7 TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF
8 FOUR (4) NEW FUEL PUMPS, DEF DISPENSER AND FUEL MASTER
9 SYSTEM AT THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK LANDFILL FACILITY; AND
10 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

12 WHEREAS, the Fleet Services Department has a need to purchase and install of four (4) new Fuel
13 Pumps, DEF Dispenser and Fuel Master System at the City of Little Rock Landfill Facility; and, from
14 Spatco Energy Solutions for a total cost of Seventy Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty-Eight and 00/100
15 Dollars($70,948.00); and,
16 WHEREAS,vendor selection was made through utilization of Sourcewell Contract No. 022217-SYS,
17 and Spatco Energy Solutions was selected for a total cost of Seventy Thousand,Nine Hundred Forty-Eight
18 Dollars($70,948.00), plus applicable taxes and fees.
19 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
20 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
21 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Spatco Energy Solutions for
22 the purchase of four(4)new Fuel Pumps, DEF Dispenser and Fuel Master System for a total amount not to
23 exceed Seventy Thousand,Nine Hundred Forty-Eight Dollars($70,948.00),plus applicable taxes and fees.
24 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are allocated in the Fleet Operating Account No. 600001-72200.
25 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
26 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
29 resolution.
30 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
31 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
