Gentlemen:
We represent Mr. Sam 2. and Louis A. Storthz, who are
purchasing Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Orlando Heights Sub-
division to the City of Little Rock. This property is
situated on the southeast corner of University and "B"
Streets.
Lots 1 and 2 are presently zoned "E-1", quiet business.
Lot 3 is zoned residential.
Our clients propose to construct a building on Lots 1
and 2, within the zoning classification above, and re-
quest the Little Rock Board of Adjustment to allow Lot 3
to be used for additional parking facilities in connection
therewith.
At the time Lots 1 and 2 were re-zoned a covenant by
the than owners was placed of record stating that a brick
wall, six feet high, with broad-leaf evergreen planting,
would be placed on the property line between Lots 2 and 3
(east line of Lot 2) . A Xerox copy of an abstract of this
instrument creating this covenant is attached. You will
