3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE INCLUSIONS OF THE PROPOSED
4 USES OF HOME-ARP "AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT OF 2021"
5 FUNDING AND THE AMENDED SOURCES AND USES OF FUNDS
6 PROVIDED IN THE 2021-2025 CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND 2021 CDBG,
7 HOME AND HOPWA FUNDS FROM THE UNITED STATES GOVERN-
8 MENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS,as a regulatory requirement,the City must suggest the sources of uses of certain funds to
11 be received of the HOME-ARP "American Rescue Plan Act of 2021"("HOME-ARP"), the 2021 CDBG,
12 HOME and HOPWA Funding which the City expects to receive from the United States Department of
13 Housing&Urban Development; and,
14 WHEREAS,the Consolidated Planning Committee has recommended the sources and uses allocation
15 of funds to the Board;and,
16 WHEREAS, a public hearing has been conducted in order to assure the maximum citizen input.
17 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
18 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
19 Section 1. The 2021 Consolidated Planning Proposed Amended Sources and Uses of Funding is at-
20 tacked as Exhibit A.
21 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 resolution.
26 Section 3. Repealer. All resolutions, bylaws, and other matters inconsistent with this resolution are
27 hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
