3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ONE (1) OPERATOR PERMIT AND
4 FORTY (40) TAXICAB PERMITS FOR GREATER LITTLE ROCK
5 TRANSPORTATION, LLC, FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2022, TO
6 DECEMBER 31, 2022; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation, LLC, has properly applied for approval of one (1)
9 Operator Permit and forty(40)Taxicab Permits as set forth in Little Rock,Ark.,Rev.Code§§34-48(1988),
10 and the Fleet Services Director, as Administrator of this chapter, has concluded that all necessary and
11 appropriate requirements have been met and has recommended that these permits should be granted.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. Greater Little Rock Transportation, LLC, is granted one(1)Operator Permit and forty(40)
15 Taxicab Permits for the period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
17 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and
19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
20 resolution.
21 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances and resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
22 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
