Here is pretty much everything I have re: SW chimney emergency repair, including correspondence, 'before' photos,
quote for work, CLR P.O. #, memo to Purchasing, invoice from Consulting Architect, etc. Please let me know what else
we need to do to get a COC for repairs (retroactively).
