3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH CLEAR CREEK GOLF CAR & UTILITY
5 VEHICLES, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-TWO
6 THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN AND 75/100 DOLLARS
7 ($72,218.75), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE
8 PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) CLUB CAR UTILITY CARTS FOR THE
9 LITTLE ROCK ZOO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoo has demonstrated a need for seven (7) Club Car Utility Carts to
12 replace an aged,high maintenance unit currently in the City's fleet; and,
13 WHEREAS,vendor selection was made through the utilization of Sourcewell,Contract No. 122220-
14 CCR;;and,
15 WHEREAS, the total cost for the purchase of seven (7) Club Car Utility Carts is Seventy-Two
16 Thousand Two Hundred Eighteen and 75/100 Dollars($72,218.75),plus applicable taxes and fees.
17 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
18 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
19 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with Clear Creek Golf Car&
20 Utility Vehicles, in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighteen and 75/100
21 Dollars($72,218.75),plus applicable taxes and fees,for the purchase of seven(7)Club Car Utility Carts to
22 be used by the Little Rock Zoo.
23 Section 2. Funds for this agreement are available to be paid from: Fleet Account No. 210759-72300-
24 S00B399.
25 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
26 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
29 resolution.
30 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
31 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
