3 A RESOLUTION TO SET DECEMBER 21, 2021, AS THE DATE OF
4 PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE PROPOSED USES OF HOME-
5 ARP "AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT OF 2021" FUNDING AND THE
6 AMENDED SOURCES AND USES OF FUNDS PROVIDED IN THE 2021
7 CDBG, HOME AND HOPWA FUNDS FROM THE UNITED STATES
8 GOVERNMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS,as a regulatory requirement,a public hearing must be conducted regarding proposed uses
11 of HOME-ARP "American Rescue Plan Act of 2021" ("HOME-ARP"), the 2021 CDBG, HOME and
12 HOPWA Funding which the City expects to receive from the United States Department of Housing &
13 Urban Development; and,
14 WHEREAS, the Consolidated Planning Committee will submit an allocation of funds as its
15 recommendation to the Board.
16 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The 2021 Consolidated Planning Proposed Amended Sources and Uses of Funding is
19 attached as Exhibit A.
20 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
21 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
24 resolution.
25 Section 3. Repealer. All resolutions, bylaws, and other matters inconsistent with this resolution are
26 hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
