Project Description with Conditions listed:
4-ton air conditioner condensing unit will replace existing unit on the same platform and location as the
existing unit at the rear of the structure. The replacement unit is not visible from the public view. This
approval applies to the temporary maintenance of the heating and are system to maintain performance
as well as the future installation of the replacement condenser. It is not required that the applicant apply
for an additional COC if the replacement condenser is identical to the unit applied for here.
1) Mechanical Units — Heating and Air units -
a) Replace unit with unit in same location as existing.
b) Connect to existing supply/condensate lines.
2) Obtaining all necessary permits.
