Project Description with Conditions listed:
Repainting brick masonry and concrete block foundation of the residential structure. The brick has been
previously painted. Removing rotten and failing boards from western and eastern elevation fence lines
and replacing with boards that are the same size, material and shape as existing.
1) Painting
a) Scrape areas as needed.
b) Apply one coat of primer, and two coats of paint.
c) Avoid the use of masonry sealants.
2) Fencing Repair/Replace.
a) Wooded replacement boards to be same size, material and shape as existing
in same location as previous with same number and size of gates.
