Here is a copy of your item for the Hearing on November 4. The meeting will be in the Board Chambers, 500 West
Markham. The meeting starts at 4 PM. Someone will need to be present to represent your request before the

are any technical issues. Also if you will have a presentation please send that to me by Wednesday November 3 as either
a PDF or PowerPoint presentation.
