I have received your initial paper work for your application. Do you have any idea when you will have the drawing(s) and
exhibit(s) available for this application? Also, there is a $100 filing fee. If you have all of the required information into
our office by October 4 at 5 PM then we can get you on the November agenda for the Historic District. Please do not
send out any notifications until you have a confirmed hearing date and place.
If you have a different contact for this application please provide that to me. I could not read the name of the agent on
the ‘Authorization of Representation Statement’. The agent is given as a company not a person in your paper work.
