The owner or authorized representative is required to file an application which consmts of the application form, cover letter and other submittals. The "Appimallon for a Certificate of Appropriateness" is attached- The cover letter shall set forth the development rationale, the intent of the use and should include such information as is necessary to thoroughly inform the Commission on the issue. other Submittals are listed and described below.
