The first segment will be along the east face of the Porte Croshere for a length of approximately 12 feet. There will to a 36-inch gate for the existing walk. The second segment will go from the northwest corner of the Porte Croshere approximately 8 feet to the north (the property line) turning west to the garage at the rear of the property. Approximately eight feet from the corner of the fence will be a 23-foot-wide retracting gate. This will be an automatic retracting gate for vehicular access to the garage in the rear. 1.
