You will need to apply to the Little Rock Historic Commission for permission to make the changes you are requesting.
The application form can be found under the Historic District Commission on the page in this link Applications | City of
Little Rock. After reviewing the application, feel free to contact me if you have any questions. The Commission meets
once a month the deadline for a completed application is approximately a moth prior to their meeting. The next two
filing deadlines are Monday October 4 and November 1.
