Tim, good afternoon.
In order to for your Zoning amendment request , at the 40‐acre parcel at the southeast corner of Kirk Road and Wellington Hills
Road, to align with the City’s Land Use Plan, you will need to request a land use designation amendment from Mixed Office and
Commercial (MOC) to Commercial (C).
Attached an application for you to complete, assuming you want to move forward, let me know a time before COB Friday (5/21) that
works for you to submit the application + collect the public hearing notice sign.
