Please place this item on the agenda for next Planning Commission meeting.
The property is South of Wellington Hills Road and East of Kirk Road. I have attached a legal
description for your reference.
The current land use is MOC, Mixed Office Commercial. We would like to change the land use
to C, Commercial.
