3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN THE CHENAL
4 PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2021-19-02), ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
5 OF KIRK ROAD AND WELLINGTON HILLS ROAD, IN THE CITY OF
6 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FROM MIXED OFFICE COMMERCIAL
7 MOC) TO COMMERCIAL (C), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now
10 recommends it for adoption.
11 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TILE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK:
13 Section 1. Located in the Chenal Planning District, on the southeast corner of Kirk Road and
14 Wellington Hills Road, from Mixed Office and Commercial (MOC)to Commercial (C), as shown on the
15 attached graphic.
16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
20 ordinance.
21 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
22 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
