3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN THE
4 CHENAL PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2021-19-01), JUST WEST OF
5 THE SOUTHWEST INTERSECTION OF CHENONCEAU
6 BOULEVARD AND CANTRELL ROAD FROM SUBURBAN
7 OFFICE (SO) TO COMMERCIAL (C); AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now
11 recommends it for adoption.
12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
13 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
14 Section 1. Located in the Chenal Planning District,just west of the southwest intersection of
15 Chenonceau Boulevard and Cantrell Road (Arkansas Highway 10) from Suburban Office (SO)to
16 Commercial(C).
17 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
18 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
19 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
20 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
21 was not originally a part of the ordinance.
22 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
23 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
24 inconsistency.
