J;,: .rPULASKI CO,AR FEE$15.00 A''' 2%%%%% y%p,,.`AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN THE 11!!11io%%%% 4 GEYER SPRINGS WEST PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2021-15-01), 5 ON THE WEST SIDE OF 7500 BLOCK NORTH CHICOT ROAD 6 FROM RESIDENTIAL LOW (RL) DENSITY TO RESIDENTIAL 7 MEDIUM (RM) DENSITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 8 9 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now 10 recommends it for adoption. 11 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 12 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 13 Section 1. Located in the Geyer Springs West Planning District, on the west side of North 14 Chicot Road(7500 Block of North Chicot Road)between Mabelvale and Pike and Mabelvale and 15 Pike from Residential Low(RL)Density to Residential Medium(RM)Density. 16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 17 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 18 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall 19 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional 20 was not originally a part of the ordinance. 21 Section 3. Repealer.
