Dear Mr. Tim Daters,
Your application for Land Use Plan Amendment LU21-13-01 from an Industrial (I) to Commercial (C)
designation on 6.93 acres in the 65th East Planning District, at the Northwest Corner of Interstate 30
and Scott Hamilton Drive will be heard before the Planning Commission on March 11, 2021.
As the Mayor of Little Rock has declared a health emergency, the Planning Commission hearing is
scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM in the William Grant Still Ballroom of Robinson Center at 426 West
Markham.
If you wish to attend the meeting virtually, there is a virtual meeting option. We will provide you
with the WebEx meeting information to join the meeting, you will need to email
lrzoning@littleorck.gov no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting and provide: (a) email address
and (b) telephone number suitable for texting. Any presentation must be received at least 24 hours
prior to the meeting , email to jmchendry@cityoflittlerock.gov
