HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance for LU2021-13-01 [Page 1 of 2] ORDINANCE NO. ____________ 1 2 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 3 THE 65TH EAST DISTRICT (LU2021-13-01), NORTHWEST 4 OF INTERSTATE 30 FRONTAGE ROAD AND SCOTT 5 HAMILTON DRIVE FROM INDUSTRIAL (I) TO 6 COMMERCIAL (C), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land 9 Use Plan and now recommends it for adoption. 10 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 12 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 13 14 SECTION 1. Located in 65th East Planning District, at the northwest corner 15 of Interstate 30 Frontage Road and Scott Hamilton Drive, the Land Use Plan is 16 changed from Industrial (I) to Commercial (C) as shown on the attached graphic. 17 18 SECTION 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 19 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be 20 invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the 21 remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if 22 the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a 23 part of the ordinance. 24 25 SECTION 3. Repealer.
