3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN THE
4 INTERSTATE 430 PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2021-11-02), BETWEEN
5 INTERSTATE 430 AND SHACKLEFORD PASS, JUST NORTH OF WEST
6 36TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FROM
7 MIXED USE (MX) TO COMMERCIAL (C); AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now
11 recommends it for adoption.
12 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK:
14 Section 1. Located in the Interstate 430 Planning District, between Interstate 430 and Shackleford
15 Pass,just north of West 36th Street, from Mixed Use (MX) to Commercial (C), as shown on the attached
16 graphic.
17 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
18 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
19 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
20 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
21 ordinance.
22 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
23 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
