AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN 3
IN THE CENTRAL CITY PLANNING DISTRICT 4
(LU2021-08-01), AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 26TH 5
STREET AND ARCH STREET FROM RESIDENTIAL LOW 6
(RL) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC), AND 7
FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 8

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan 10
and now recommends it for adoption. 11

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 13
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 14

Section 1. Located in the Central City Planning District, at the northwest corner of 26th 16
Street and Arch Street from Residential Low (RL) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) as 17
shown on the attached graphic. 18

Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, 20
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or 21
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the 22
ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged 23
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. 24

Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are 26
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such 27
inconsistency. 28
