Dear «addresse»:
Based on the records of the Pulaski County Assessor’s Office, you own property that is
within an area that the City of Little Rock is considering for a change in zoning,
«location».
The Department of Planning and Development is reviewing the industrial zoning pattern
generally south of Interstate 630 between Woodrow and Jones streets. We believe your
property at «location» has the current use of «use». After review of the existing use and
surrounding uses and zoning pattern, City Staff believes a different zoning of your
property would be appropriate..
For your property the proposed change is from «fromto». Enclosed is a map showing the
area of change. Also included is a list of permitted uses for current zoning as well as the
proposed zoning. Please note that a change in zoning does generally affect the taxes
rather the improvements on the property do.
Please send us any comments you have about the proposed change so that they will be
received before Friday, November 15, 2019. The planning staff will review your
comments before developing a final set of reclassifications and setting a date for Planning
Commission review of the change (of which you will be notified later). Send any
comments or questions to Walter Malone at the above address or
wmalone@littlerock.gov by Friday, November 15, 2019.
Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter.
Sincerely,
Walter Malone, AICP
Planning Manager
