These changes are a result of discussions and review by City Staff, to hopefully reflect a more likely future development pattern in the area based on activity and changes noted in the recent past. Map(s) illustrating some proposed changes are attached for your review and comment, as well as a list of the Land Use categories with definitions for your information and use. A public hearing has been set for 4 P.M. Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the Centre at University Park (6401 West 121h Street), before the Little Rock Planning Commission to review the package of changes. You are invited to attend this hearing to share your thoughts and/or concerns.
