We will notify our Commission of this during this month’s meeting. I do want to clarify that we do not own the entirety of the area which you had hatched on your map. The parcels which we own are outlined in red on the sketch attached hereto. The remainder of the hatched area is owned by others. Please call me if you need further clarification. Thank you for your effort! -Vince S. Vincent Hotho, P.E. For Industrial there is just Light Industrial and Industrial. I have attached the Land Use Classification list for your review. Let me know. Walter is there a land use designation that is less restrictive than LI for our property noted above? Or if not “less restrictive”, maybe a better way to phrase it is more flexible, or conducive to more different uses. We could possibly want to use the property for a service shop, a construction materials storage yard, heavy equipment/truck storage, or even a training area for heavy equipment operators. We could possibly also want an office or conference facility there in the future. We just want to make sure we are not limited in what we can use the property for as our needs arise. What would the other options be, if any, which are in keeping with the character of the area? Thanks, Vince S. Vincent Hotho, P.E.
