The Letter is to give you and your group the first chance to throw any ideas in the 'pot' of what might be changed if
anything in the Land Use Plan. If you and your group are fine with the Land Use Plan as is in your area then you need do
nothing. If however you believe there should be a change, this is a chance to put that out for review and comment.
Currently there are no changes, we (Staff) are first waiting for the neighborhood groups to see if they have anything we
should look at. If there are changes that are developed through the coming review process within or near your groups
area you will be notified of those for your opportunity to make comments prior to any public meetings or hearings.
I hope this helps. You are welcome to come in and talk if you like (my phone number is 371-6819). Feel free to ask any
additional questions and if you do have any changes please just let us (Staff) know so we can included them in the
review process.

I received your letter regarding updates to the Little Rock Land Use Plan and followed the directions of the letter. I must
be a little challenged in this area because I have no idea what I’m looking at. Are you planning to have a live
presentation on this or shall I make an appointment with you?
