Ozlem and I can start verifying the ownership information to notify to a public hearing on the changes and start working on the staff report. We would have three areas of changes Mabelvale Pike behind the ArDOT building, Shackleford Road corridor and Woodrow Corridor (minus the change at Asher and Woodrow. We need to get a green light this week to stay on schedule. One change to this would drop the Industrial to Commercial change at the northeast corridor of Woodrow and Asher as you requested at the meeting. This is all still under the review of the Central area. As part of that review we identified the area on Mabelvale Pike, the Shackleford Corridor and the Woodrow Corridor for a package of changes. Each of these changes areas is beyond the ‘clean-up’ we had been doing. Also, I would like to discuss about the land use area. I asked to look at the Woodrow corridor and we did, but the area has increased, is there a reason? I have a reason for wanting to look at the corridor only. I plan on going on along Asher to university next to correspond with what we are doing with building demolition/rehabilitation. Hopefully will also tie to what we are doing in the 12th street corridor and War Memorial.
