Box 777 Little Rock, AR 72203 Dear Ms. Wells: The Department of Planning and Development is reviewing the City’s future Land Use Plan in the area south of I-630 to I-30 and east of I-430 to Union Pacific railroad. As a representative of this community, we would like to know you and your organization’s opinions about possible changes to the Land Use Plan. Map(s) illustrating some proposed changes are attached for your review and comment, as well as a list of the Land Use categories with definitions for your information and use. Please review these and provide us with any comments. Once we have received your comments and those of the property owners, a final package of changes will be developed for Public Hearing. You will be notified again of this package. Please contact us indicating your suggestions prior to Friday, January 31, 2020. After this date a package of potential changes will be generated to help update the Land Use Plan. If you have any questions, please contact Walter Malone at 371-6819 or (wmalone@littlerock.gov).
