The Department of Planning and Development is reviewing the City's future Land Use
Plan in the area east of I-430, between 1-630 and I-30 to the Union Pacific Rail road. A
copy of the current Land Use Plan map is located on the City's website —
www.littlerock.gov. Just click `City Hall' then click on the `Planning and Development'
link, once on that page scroll down to the `Helpful Information' section and select the
`Interactive Maps' button; under the third heading —`Planning & Development' select the
`Land Use Plan Viewer'. This link will take you directly to the interactive Land Use Plan
Map https:lhnMs.littlerock.state.ar.us/web4pps/LR Land Use _Viewer/ .
As a representative of this community, we would like to know you and your
organization's opinions about possible changes to the Land Use Plan. Are there areas
you feel should be changed and if so to what? Is there a need for more office or
commercial use for future development, etc.? Enclosed is a pamphlet about the future
Land Use Plan and a list of the Land Use categories with definitions for your information
and use.
Please contact us indicating your suggestions for the staff review of this area, prior to
Friday, May 24, 2019. After this date a package of potential changes will be generated to
help update the Land Use Plan. If you have any questions, please contact Walter Malone
