community, we would like to know you and your organization’s opinions about possible changes
to the Land Use Plan. This is a follow-up communication.
Map(s) illustrating some proposed changes are attached for your review and comment, as well as
a list of the Land Use categories with definitions for your information and use. Please review
these and provide us with any comments. Once we have received your comments and those of
the property owners, a final package of changes will be developed for Public Hearing. You will
be notified again of this package.
Please contact us indicating your suggestions prior to Friday, June 18, 2021. After this date a
package of potential changes will be generated to help update the Land Use Plan. If you have
any questions, please contact Walter Malone at 371-6819 or (wmalone@littlerock.gov).
Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter.
Sincerely,
Walter Malone, AICP
Planning Manager
