Dear Director Peck:
The Department of Planning and Development is reviewing the City's future Land Use
Plan in the area east of I-430, between 1-630 and 1-30 to the Union Pacific Rail road.
Letters are being since to area Neighborhood Association soliciting comments about
possible changes to the Plan to include as part of this review.

A copy of the current Land Use Plan map is located on the City's website —
www.littlerock.gov. Just click `City Hall' then click on the `Planning and Development'
once on that page scroll down to the `Helpful Information' section and select the
`Interactive Maps' button; under the third heading —`Planning & Development' select the
`Land Use Plan Viewer'. This link will take you directly to the interactive Land Use Plan
Map htti2s://mal2s.littlerock.state.ar.us/webal2l2s/LR Land Use Viewer/. Enclosed is a
pamphlet about the future Land Use Plan and a list of the Land Use categories with
definitions for your information and use.
Suggestions for the staff review of this area have been requested of the Neighborhood
based groups prior to Friday, May 24, 2019. After this date a package of potential
changes will be generated to help update the Land Use Plan. If you have any questions,
