Thanks for the information on how to get the permit for the roof. I really appreciate the help!
We need roof permits at two properties in the Cromwell Court complex, both in MacArthur Park.
The address of the first building that needs the new roof is 511 E 7th Street :
* We are repairing the TPO membrane on the flat portions of this roof.
* Also, the back portion of this roof is shingled. We will also want to replace this roof with grey thirty-year
architectural shingles. Again, this is what is there now and there will be no change in the appearance of the
building.
The second roof permit request is for 515 E 8th Street:
* We will be replacing shingles, and repairing/replacing damaged decking. We will be using 30-year
architectural shingles. They are currently gray and we plan to go back with that color.
