Thank you for taking care of this before you leave. It is much appreciated. I heard rumor you were going to retire but
didn’t know the timeframe.
I think it is only fitting that this is the last item you have to deal with before you retire- since we have been so much
WORK to deal with.
It certainly has been a pleasure working with you and I don’t know if we would have made it through the process
without your help.

You may not have heard, today is my last day at the City. You my have my last signature on this COC since it is 2:35 in the
afternoon. I am not leaving town, just retiring from here and looking forward to some consulting work.
