Doug,
On page four of this survey, you will find a plan of the house. Please label each window on the first floor with a letter A-
Z (or however many it takes).
Include a second copy of page four for the second floor windows and approximate where the windows are. Please label
each window with a numbers 1-10 (or however many it takes). Include the windows in the attic spaces.
On a third sheet, include a chart of the window number or letter, note if the windows are original and staying, or being
replaced. Note sizes of each the replacement windows.
This should not be an issue and I should be able to sign off on it. I need a record of what was done.
If possible, get me this info by next Tuesday. My last day at the city will be on the 15th. I have assigned you the number
of HDC2021-024. Please refer to it in correspondence.
Brian

Hi Brian -
We recently purchased the house at 1410 Rock St., LR, AR, 72202. Now that we’ve moved in we have become aware just
how ill fitting the current replacement windows in the house are. There are gaps that are open to the outside from glass
that has dropped and where the sash meets the frame - bugs, weather intrusion and significant heat transfer are
common occurrences throughout the house. We have had to resort to sealing with tape and caulk.
There are 4 original windows that will be left as is. None of the current replacement windows are original to the house.
The house was heavily damaged by the 1999 tornado. They replaced all the windows in the house at that time. The
replacement windows are one over one, double hung, double pane, wooden windows. We would like to install new,
higher grade, double hung, double pane wooden windows made by Pella.

These are the windows we are proposing:
