Katherine,
521 Rock Street, the Kempner House, has a conservation easement on it. I have signed off on the hvac replacement, but
the City requires an approval letter from AHPP before a building permit can be pulled. I have attached my COC and the
quote from the contractor.
Please reply to all with the letter concerning the conservation easement.
(Terry, Katherine has replaced Paul Porter in that position.)
