Hi Jane, Brian with the City will coordinate when the HDC will hear the application. Have you submitted the application yet? We comment on some applications but not all of them. I don't know if we will since it is not a historic building. I'll let you know if we plan to submit comments once the application is filed. Is there an upcoming meeting when this project would be brought up? Seems like Linda said this would be discussed soon. . Hi Jane, That building falls inside the boundary of the Little Rock Historic District Commission Historic District jurisdiction, so you will need to work with Brian Minyard in the City of Little Rock Planning and Development Office. The QQA will weigh in on applications if we are advocating for or against an application, but we do not have authority. The city staff has some administrative authority, otherwise it will go to the full commission. I've copied Brian on this note and he can assist you. Take care, Patricia 3 On Mon, Feb 1, 2021 at 2:53 PM Jane Hurley <Jane.Hurley@carkw.com> wrote: Patricia, Central Arkansas Water owns this building at the corner of E. Capitol and Cumberland. We’re considering the brick portion of the wall circled in blue for mosaic art that will focus on water. We are also considering mosaic tiles for the column circled in orange, as it is in need of re-surfacing. Please let me know if there is anything we need to submit to QQA to proceed with this project.
