It was a pleasure to talk with you yesterday. I spoke to my supervisor and since the change to the building would be
permanent (even though they art may change over time), we will require a Certificate of Appropriateness to be filed and
heard in front of the Commission. We felt that if the artwork was mounted on the rock and the rock was unchanged, it
would be a different discussion.
Here is a link to the calendar and the application. Please go ahead and start your abstract company getting the
addresses of all of the property owners within 200’ of the subject property. The addresses are good for six months. You
do not have to have the list complete when you file, but you have a short window to do the mailings.
