1) Temporary Artwork Installation
a) Install detachable artwork (mural) to the north brick wall with screws that are placed into the
mortar joint. When artwork is removed, the brick wall shall not be damaged or destroyed.
b) The painting of the manhole cover and drain is not subject to review since the Historic District
Commission does not review items in the right-of-way.
c) At the column at the corner of the building, install a wrap around the column so that when
removed, the column will not be damaged or destroyed in any way.
